An exceptional experience! hospitality made us feel nice. Room was spacious and very comfortable. And about The dining options-the food was delicious, with plenty of variety and excellent service. We will definitely be back!

Chicken was giving odor. Rice was not cooked. Bad food. For wifi password you need to go down to reception. You need to take hot water from outside. No hot water kettle, basic amenities. Don't stay here.

The rooms are clean and spacious, offering enough comfort for a pleasant stay. Hot water is available 24 hours, which is especially useful in Munnars cool climate. Food was okay. Staffs were polite and room service was also okay.

We checked in there on 31st, the receptionist behaviour was not welcoming, instead he loaded us with prevention lists like what not to do. As if we are staying in any hotel for the first time. also there were cockroaches in the room. Staff were unfriendly. we asked for plates and got rejection stating if no order from restaurant then no cutlery. also for the price we paid, it was totally unsatisfactory experience the room, the service, the hospitality. it is not worth. also no vibe of 31st eve, better to book resort which can be easily available in the same price or almost.

It was a pleasant stay at Green Ridge in Munnar. It was a smooth check in process and hotel staff was very cooperative. The room service is also quick. Hotel is located close to the munnar town. Easy accessibility to all the essential items. Overall I liked the hotel and its restaurant food taste and service.
