I had a not good experience of my stay here. In the room i was given AC was not working initially. They have given me another room after sometime but there are so many insects outside area and so many lizards in the room and outside the room may be because of this property is on back water. Rooms look like very old. Staff behaviour i found manageable. Must say Breakfast was amazing with limited items. Dinner was average may be because we have reached very late after their off time. If you love nature with insects and lizards then must visit . You will not find fancy rooms but you may find nature here.

Our recent stay at Green Palace resort was truly exceptional. It’s the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, offering a peaceful and beautiful setting to unwind. The staff, manager, and even the owner went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. This place is ideal for family gatherings, parties, or corporate group activities. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Location & boat pick up is really awesome experience. Old property & need little maintenance to keep up the feel. Less staff, so service is a issue. If you are a large group they themselves request you not to dine with them.

We had a wonderful time at the Green Palace Spa. Our Ayurvedic treatments were effective, the doctors & hosts went above & beyond. The food was fabulous. The birding was really good with over 40 species seen in 2 days. And to top it off they have the cutest & most fun pet mongoose named Cheetu. I highly recommend this place!

I initially did not have any high expectations while booking this property, but to my surprise it turned out to be one of the best outings I had this year. Rooms: Clean and spacious and view from the lake view cottage is mind blowing. Service: Sabu, the manager is the guy you should meet..He is so helpful right from the start itself. We did an early check in and he was more than ok with it. He arranged our transportation as well. We travelled with two infant kids and we all felt so much comfortable with the service.. Location: It's literally an island where you will be picked by a boat from the property. You are getting a boat ride through the lake for free! Calm and quiet place with lots of privacy for families. They have paid boating services. A nice and clean swimming pool was there. Food was average, their fish fry and spicy chicken curry was too good. We had some confusions over online booking but it was sorted out. Better to call and book directly for better rates. Overall a wonderful stay . Recommended
