Location & boat pick up is really awesome experience. Old property & need little maintenance to keep up the feel. Less staff, so service is a issue. If you are a large group they themselves request you not to dine with them.

I initially did not have any high expectations while booking this property, but to my surprise it turned out to be one of the best outings I had this year. Rooms: Clean and spacious and view from the lake view cottage is mind blowing. Service: Sabu, the manager is the guy you should meet..He is so helpful right from the start itself. We did an early check in and he was more than ok with it. He arranged our transportation as well. We travelled with two infant kids and we all felt so much comfortable with the service.. Location: It's literally an island where you will be picked by a boat from the property. You are getting a boat ride through the lake for free! Calm and quiet place with lots of privacy for families. They have paid boating services. A nice and clean swimming pool was there. Food was average, their fish fry and spicy chicken curry was too good. We had some confusions over online booking but it was sorted out. Better to call and book directly for better rates. Overall a wonderful stay . Recommended

Stayed here with friends. Initially when they told to park the car (on the other side of the river) and come by their boat, we were disappointed. But later – we started enjoying that isolation. It’s an awesome place in the midst of backwaters, with ample space to play – a pool etc. There is a restaurant too and the food is of great quality & taste.

Very bad experience, total fraud people, charged extra money for room after you reach there and it is on island so they threaten you to pay or they will not let you leave and take your luggage captive untill you pay. Rooms were rubbish and kitchen was so dirty, all rats and insects. Will never stay here and will never recommend anyone. Total fraud.

Best place to enjoy the evening gentle breeze with friends and family. Awesome lake view. Pool, food and the services, we really enjoyed.
