A truly terrible experience. To begin with, the parking area is just a mud pit; you can't even walk there in decent footwear. The room is filthy and riddled with mold. Locking and unlocking the door is a struggle. The AC unit looks like a relic from the British era. The mosquito menace is unbearable. The ceiling is falling apart. The bathroom shower fixtures are completely rusted. The restaurant feels like something from the Stone Age. The food serving pans are moldy and in a deplorable state. The resort owners are incredibly stingy; they don't even switch on the outdoor lights at night. Yet, the food prices are on par with five-star hotels. No one should come here, not even by mistake. The experience is absolutely terrible.

The scenic beauty of Green Palace Resort is awesome. The price is worth paying. Most importantly the cordiality and service of all the staffs are excellent. Especially I would mention the name of Sabu, the manager of the resort, who understands the customer's requirement with blink of an eye. The owner of the resort is also very cordial and welcoming. I would recommend stay at Green Palace for a very good memory and good feeling to carry with.

The resort refused to accept my booking even after complete pre payment and blamed it on the booking website. They even sent me a confirmation and everything. The amount suffering I had to go through standing in a middle of the road for hours. They did not even welcome me in the resort and refused to tell the location of the resort. Heights of unprofessional behaviour. I am with family and kids at 10 pm in the night standing in the middle of the road because of these people and their foolishness. They refused to help us.

"wow, what a gem! Green palace health resort in alappuzha exceeded our expectations. The ayurvedic treatments were top-notch, and the staff were super friendly and caring. Our cottage had a beautiful backwater view, and the food was delicious! We loved the peaceful atmosphere and the resort's focus on wellness. Perfect spot to unwind and rejuvenate . Highly recommended! "

It was a very peaceful holiday at green palace health resort, i stayed for 3days, food is homely and very tasty, served fresh and hot, kid friendly food was prepared on request. The resort stays in middle of the waters which feels a great escape from the city. Overall the place is tranquil and beautiful. Looking forward to visit again.
