One of the worst service which I ever had before. They failed to provide drinking water, bed and matress were not cleaned and They consumed the alcohol inside the compound. We (16 members of the family) are totally disappointed with this cottage owner and staff. Safety is more important for the customers.

Very bad room bathroom is bad smell ???????????????????????????????????? Not a safe this hame stay. Bad.. Room i dout if there is hiden in the room ????

I came to travel with my family it was amazing the staff was very nice and the owner helped us by recommending the bestest spots in munnar and fun activities rooms are clean and a nice view I will definitely comeback here

That the view you get from this cottage. This is really a affordable cottage if your going with your friends or family. The view is really mesmerizing from balcony. For lunch restraunt is also near by. If you wish to halt overnight on the way to Munnar. Then you can Stay here. They have good facility.

Worst experience....no proper facilities....No hospitality....and the price they charges...is not worthy....there is no drinking water service... No bedsheet.... blankets smells soo bad????...
