Location and road accessibility were critical issues. * Bath towels, soap, and other essentials were provided only upon request (and the towel was dirty and old) * Bed sheet and pillow covers had an unpleasant odor(Bad smell) * No bathroom mirror lights for shaving * Dressing table and area lacked proper lighting * Room cleanliness and hygiene were bad. Overpriced (?3600 for a double bedroom)

One of the best resorts in munnar. A year ago we went there with our friends, in return we get best way of service from them which leads to our fulfillment level to top-notch. Rooms are very clean and tidy which exagrates their way of hygience and clean environment. Do visit Do stay in those rooms to get a better service ever.

We had a wonderful stay at the Green Leaf Resort in Munnar. The staff took great care of us, ensuring our comfort and making us feel at home. The highlight of our experience was the delicious home-cooked meals, especially the chicken and fish dishes, which were absolutely delightful.
