Had comfortable and pleasant stay. Situataed on valley having nice view of tea plantations. Situataed 9 km away from Munnar town near Pallivasal Panchayath Office(near Chithirappuram). Resort situated on about 1Km away from main road, on steep down hill( You need to drive on first gear both up and down, in case of difficulties they will provide jeep pick up and drop) Rooms are near and good. Restaurant available. Normally free breakfast included(please confirm while booking/check in time). Food quality and taste upto standards.Dining area id near and clean. Service is good. Since situated 9 km away from Munnar Town you can't expect the extreme chilling climate of Munnar, but view from rooms are really good. Car parking facility available. Owner Mr.Rocky, and maanagemnt are coperative and very helpful. Overall Overall it's great value for money , you won't be get disappointed the amount spend here. Reccomnted as a very good budjet Hotel/ resort in munnar

A mixed experience: 1. Location is awesome, just like leaving inside tea garden. 2. Property is say adequately maintenaned. Had a good resturant. 3. Have bonfire with music, a small kids play area and a small swimming pool. 4. 24 hours of hot water at washroom is available. 5. Rooms gives a warm temperature inside, although outside is quite chill. So overall they just tried to cover all basic needs, but is that enough for a place like Munnar where people go for vacation! Let's see: 1. Rooms gives u a feeling of very very low budget hotel. 2. Although food taste is good, it's good when u ordered ala carte, but the buffet dinner is not at par. 3. Service is also a question, we ordered water bottles, that never arrived, at last we went to restaurant and took water from there itself. 4. The road to reach the hotel. It's so down from the main road that, for a normal driver it's very difficult or say dangerous. After reaching we came to know that they have drivers & also a jeep to help, well that's good but it's not user friendly, u need to wait if there are multiple people waiting to go out, and that will be a common bottle neck. So overall I had a mixed feeling.

We stayed here in January. We booked deluxe room and the room was so beautiful with a balcony with the beautiful view of tea plantation. This hotel made our trip to munnar very special. Room was beautiful, comfortable, clean and had all basic facilities. The staff was very friendly,welcoming and supportive. Although the road to this hotel is somewhat difficult to reach through own vehicle but they can help you all way possible. Highly recommended if youre looking a beautiful hotel in Munnar.

We visited this place with our shop staff from Sri Balaji Agency (SBA), Srirangam, Tiruchirapalli, Tamil Nadu. Overall, we had a pleasant experience. The campfire session was enjoyable, and the view was nice. However, since we visited in December, the weather was unexpectedly hot and did not feel like the usual Munnar climate. The accommodation was decentrooms were okay but not exceptional. The food options were quite limited, though the quality was acceptable. The staff were polite and responsive, but with a bit more effort and quicker service, the guest experience could be improved. The swimming pool was well-maintained, but the chlorine level was too high, which made it uncomfortable to enjoy properly. The location and overall ambiance were good. Considering all aspects, I would rate this place 3.5 out of 5.

My stay at Grand Valley was truly delightful. The staff were extremely polite and welcoming, and the refreshing welcome drink set the tone for a great experience. The rooms were comfortable, service was excellent, and the lush green valley view was absolutely mesmerizing. The campfire added a wonderful touch, making our evening exciting and unforgettable! The only area for improvement would be the food quality but Im confident that during our next visit, this will be even better!
