I booked this 2-bedroom apartment/villa in Munnar for my family, including a small child, expecting a private and comfortable stay. The price was steep, but I chose this over other options thinking the experience would justify the cost. Unfortunately, our stay turned out to be one of the worst ever! Heres why: 1. No Drinking Water Despite charging an exorbitant amount, the management didnt provide even basic drinking water. Instead, we were told to use the water purifier in the kitchen, which was in a shockingly filthy condition (refer to attached photo). The tank looked like it hadnt been cleaned in years! It was unhygienic to the point where we spent the night thirsty because there was no other option. 2. No Hot Water Munnar in December is freezing cold, and to my shock, there was no hot water. Despite asking repeatedly, I was told to "wait for the water to heat up," but nothing happened. The next morning, I discovered the heater was out of gas! To make matters worse, the kitchen stove had no lighter, so we couldnt even boil water. 3. Missed Sunrise Plans I had planned to watch the beautiful sunrise in Munnar but spent the morning running around trying to get basic amenities: water, soap, and the heater fixed. Whats the point of a vacation if you cant enjoy it because of poor management? 4. Dirty Linens The blanket provided caused severe itchingclearly, it hadnt been washed or replaced in ages. This is unacceptable, especially in a location where fresh linens are basic hygiene. 5. Kitchen in a State of Neglect The kitchen, which we assumed we could use for emergencies, was another disaster. As shown in the attached photo, even basic items like a chapati roller were left filthy. The place had clearly been neglected for a long time. (Photo attached) 6. Lack of Management and Maintenance There was no on-site caretaker. After the staff unlocked the villa and left, we were completely on our own. Trying to contact them was another nightmare. Verdict: This villa is a poorly maintained old property with management that doesn't care and untrained staff. For nearly 5000 per night, I expected much better but received a terrible experience instead. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

It's a fantastic place to stay with your friends and family. It has 4 bedrooms, the maintenance service is easily accessible and as soon as they will solve your issues. It has some outdoor space to, play and party. The surroundings has some nice sound of nature. Finally its a VALUE FOR MONEY!

Good place to stay for a group. Location is good that we get stores in a 10 minutes walk. Surrounded by trees and steam running behind the house. Vegetarian food options are less, faced issues with lights sometimes. Tv was not working. Getting hot water was a problem, it was resolved once informed. Overall very good place to stay. Clean washrooms and bed linens. They also arrange the camp fire.

We stayed with 3 families for 3 day but unfortunately it is Very bad service and useless to stay here. It is kind of harassment. No care taker available, kitchen was dirty n nothing is properly maintained. Extra Mattress provided was having big holes n dirty. For 3 day stay no toiletries. Fake/ edited photo only.
