We have booked room first of Sep 2024 with my family. But the service is very bad. Even we are paying money ,they cant supply food in time. At the time of 10 o clock we have to go local hotel for food. They were buying food from local hotel in town. Break fast is horrible. We cant park our own vehicle safely. They asked to park in road side. Don't go with previous review because the care taker is different and property leased and managed by new people. Totally damaged by vacation after travelling 200 plus kilometres from my home

This resort is a perfect option for a budget-friendly stay for families. It's located in the heart of Vattavada, from where we can experience the scenic beauty of this place. The rooms were clean, the staff were friendly. Good ambience too. Overall, we had a very good experience from GV Residency.

Rooms and service are good, but the location is very, very difficult to reach. It is located at a very steep elevation. Taking your own SUVs is a bit risky.
