Unsafe and Dishonest Experience at Golden Green Resorts I normally dont leave reviews, but this resort forced me to give one star. The guide (Mr. Suresh) misled us with false promises claiming the swimming pool and extra mattress were included in the package. Later, he locked the main gate and threatened us with violence unless we paid extra charges. We had to call the Devikulam police, who arrived and released our vehicle. This was not just a scam, but a serious threat to our safety. I strongly advise tourists to avoid Golden Green Resorts and beware of such guides in Munnar who exploit and endanger visitors.

Very baf experience at golden green resort. Our family booked a full package including swimming pool access and extra mattress, but during checkout they added unexpected charges and forced us into an argument tha situation become so stressful that police had to be contacted. Rooms were also not clean and has insects. Not recommended for families.

Nice place if you want calm surroundings and greenery. The views are really good, especially from balcony rooms. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Best room option: Go for the balcony or superior room. Better view, more space, and more comfortable stay. Not a luxury resort, but good for a peaceful hill stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful resort in Munnar. The room was cozy, warm, and very comfortable perfect for the cool weather. The location is simply stunning, surrounded by lush tea estates and peaceful greenery all around, making it an ideal place to unwind. The breakfast was delicious but limited variety was there, the staff truly made our stay special. They were extremely polite, courteous, and went out of their way to help us even arranging food, medicines, and other essentials from the town area (which is about 78 km away). Their kindness and helpful nature really stood out. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay in Munnar!

Had a wonderful stay! The hotel manager was extremely kind and attentive, and the staff were very friendly and supportive. Great hospitality and a truly comfortable experience. Will definitely return!
