We had a lovely week staying at Mr Jayaprakash's place in Kovalam. The house was so well set up when we arrived, with the bedrooms just as we had requested. We were given very clear instruction for how to reach the beach and convenient places to buy food. I really enjoyed being shown the fish market, and the fresh prawns were delicious. Mr Jayaprakash is an excellent host - kind, flexible, happy to help with anything. I can wholeheartedly recommend this homestay for any family wishing to spend some time in beautiful Kovalam.

The homestay was clean and neat and kitchen utensils are available. What required for the cooking everything is available as a family we enjoyed the atmosphere, the owner is very kind person he is flexible whenever we ask for help he is available. This homestay is located just walkable distance from the light house beach

We spent quite a few vacations in Kovalam and twice stayed in Gokulam. Both experiences were just perfect. I can say that this is the best vacation home we found in the area. The house is not reachable by car, you need to walk about 200 meters from the nearest road. The host always helped us with the luggage at arrivals and departures. He also arranged a taxi for us. The overall location is quiet. House is spacious: two bedrooms and a living room. There is a well equipped kitchen including teapots. We were also provided with drinking water for fair price. Thank you, Mr. Jayaprakash, for your hospitality and helping us in every matter we needed.
