Thomas, the owner, was very kind and accommodating, even though I checked in very late, past midnight. I really appreciated how welcoming and helpful he was. I stayed in an air-conditioned room with a private toilet, and it was very comfortable. The house also has a spacious living room and kitchen area, which made it feel even more homey. The homestay is quiet and relaxing, truly feels like a home away from home. Best of all, the location is superb. Its very close to many places to visit and great spots to eat around Fort Kochi. Highly recommended if youre staying in the area.

Had a very pleasant stay at Fort Garden Residency, Kochi! The homestay has a calm and cozy vibe, perfect for a relaxed getaway. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The hosts truly made the experience specialthey were incredibly warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. From suggesting good places to eat to guiding us on local sightseeing, their personal touch made the stay feel more like home than a hotel. The location is another big advantage. Its conveniently situated close to major spots in Fort Kochi like the beach, Chinese fishing nets, cafes, and heritage streets, so getting around and exploring was really easy and enjoyable. Overall, a great place to stay with a lovely homely feel, kind hosts, and a perfect location. I highly recommend and would definitely consider staying here again!

It is one of best places in Fort Kochi. Mr. Thomas is a humble, kind and welcoming host. The rooms are clean with comfortable bed with AC along with private bathroom. The living and dining areas are spacious and clean. Thank you Mr. Thomas for your kindness and hosting us. We will visit again in the future.

We visited kochi for biennial and the stay was nearby. Great thing about the place is the outdoor sitting area which was very spacious. Rooms were clean and good. Host was welcoming, friendly informative and very helpful in navigating the local areas.

The location is central to everything, it is off the road and quiet, no honking etc. The room was clean, and I had a nice hot shower. The room also had a table with chair so that I could work on my computer. Thomas is a very kind, patient, and accommodating host. Thank you very much.
