"I was extremely disappointed with my stay at the Evergreen hotel. The room was unhygienic, with visible stains and dirt on the furniture and floors. The toilet was filthy, with poor sanitation and inadequate facilities. The hotel's website photos were misleading, showcasing a clean and welcoming environment that bore no resemblance to the actual state of the hotel. The overall cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel were severely lacking. Overall, I would strongly advise against staying at the Evergreen hotel. The hotel's poor hygiene, misleading advertising, and subpar services make it a thoroughly unpleasant experience."

Very very bad experience . Staff was too rude.room was not neat and clean pillow covers were changed by someone and we were given dirty pillow covers.when we complaint about it they charged extra rupees from us.i request the tourist that never go in this hotel.it is worst.no huminity.is threr.the staff and manager also are very irresponsible to the customers.they behave very rudely

Far from main city and sight seeing . Around 13kms. Rooms are neat and clean with beautiful view

Average price, comfortable to stay . Nice view, located few kilometres away from Munnar.
