Our stay at this property was simply amazing. The rooms are luxurious, spacious, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The highlight of the hotel is undoubtedly the breathtaking view from the balcony, which makes the experience truly memorable. The evenings are especially enjoyable with soothing music, and the swimming pool is a great place to relax and unwind. The hotel offers a wide variety of North Indian dishes along with some unique South Indian specialties. That said, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. During our stay, we felt that the food was not always as fresh as expected, and the la carte menu had limited options. The staff also encouraged us to opt for the buffet, possibly due to the off-season and lower occupancy. While this is understandable from an operational perspective, guests at a luxury property should ideally have the same level of dining experience regardless of the season. Another issue we noticed was the bathroom drainage. The water drained quite slowly after a shower, causing water to accumulate on the floor. As a result, the next person had to wait for the bathroom to clear before using it. Although this appears to be a design issue, it is something that should be addressed in a hotel of this standard. These were not disappointments but rather areas where the hotel could further enhance an already excellent experience. Overall, our stay was truly memorable and one that we will cherish for a long time. The hotel is located a little away from the main Munnar town, but if you have your own vehicle, I would highly recommend staying here. The peaceful surroundings, beautiful natural setting, and nearby water body where you can enjoy boating make it a perfect destination for a relaxing getaway.

The property was great with great views. the swimming pool was clean the entire time. The rooms were quite spacious too. And the staff were also very kind. Special thanks to Vipin for suggesting some nice places, as he provided a good itinerary. Overall the experience was really good. Thanks Eve Munnar team for this memorable stay!

Had an amazing stay! This is one of the best places to stay in Munnar. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. A special thanks to Abin and Sarath for their exceptional hospitality. They were very friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The restaurant served delicious food with plenty of options, and every meal was enjoyable. We've stayed here twice, and both experiences were excellent. If you're planning a trip to Munnar, I highly recommend this place. If it's your first visit, the staff will gladly help you with local information and make sure you have a wonderful stay.

Our stay at the resort was truly mesmerizing, made even more special by the breathtaking views from our balcony. We got the top-floor room, the Honeymoon Suite, and it was absolutely beautiful. The room offered an incredible panoramic view of the lush green hills of Munnar, along with an extended outdoor space that felt like an additional balcony the perfect spot to sit back and soak in the scenery. Since it was my birthday, the staff went above and beyond to make the occasion special. They very kindly arranged a complimentary cake and celebrated with me, which was such a thoughtful gesture. A special shoutout to Mani and Sarath for their warm hospitality, kindness, and for accommodating all our requests so graciously. Their personal attention truly made our stay comfortable and memorable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and the stunning views, thoughtful hospitality, and beautiful room made our Munnar stay truly special. Would definitely recommend this place!

The service was excellent throughout our stay. The swimming pool was well-maintained and clean. The presence of the Bumblimass fruit tree added a unique and pleasant touch to the surroundings. The food was of good quality and enjoyable. The artificial Thunkunakuruvi feature was thoughtfully designed and appealing. The room was spacious, and the jacuzzi was clean and well-kept. The balcony offered a beautiful view, enhancing the overall experience. Everything about the stay was well-organized and met our expectations perfectly.
