Our stay at Epic Hills Wayanad was nothing short of extraordinary; its a rare gem that perfectly balances luxury with the raw beauty of nature. The 4 bedroom villa is incredibly spacious and elegant, but the true showstopper is the private infinity pool. Floating at the edge of the deck, it feels as though the water merges directly into the stunning, panoramic expanse of the Banasura Sagar Dam below. The highlight of the experience was undoubtedly the epic sunrise. Watching the golden light break through the mist over the hills and glisten across the reservoir was a spiritual experience that no photograph can truly capture. Between the breathtaking views, the secluded privacy of the villa, and the warm hospitality, this is easily one of the finest stays in Wayanad. Its an absolute must visit for anyone looking to wake up above the clouds in paradise.

Been here for the new year eve with family and friends (grp of 10) and I have mixed review overall. Pros: Booking process was very simple (over ph n not via bnb) and the owner is very helpful and flexible to meet the needs. Place is very serene and amidst the nature. No one to bother so if you want to party hard and loud this can be the perfect place. Near to Kalpetta town and route is easy. Property has 4 bedrooms with 4 attached toilets and these rooms were huge. Bonfire option is present. Food delivery options are present and they are prompt and top of that you can hire cook who can come and cook in the property. Cons: Last 100m approach road cane be bit difficult mostly for SUVs. Property is not well maintained and it should go through a elaborate maintenance / upgrade. The cupboards, beds and other fixtures were covered with blanket of dust, be careful and get it cleaned if you are travelling with kids. Kitchen utensils are not in good shape. Spl mention for the fridge, it defintely needs to be replaced. Very few indoor activity options. Basic food items like tea, coffee, sugar salt were not provided and you need to buy. Caretaker was not provided and it was a headace to find a person for cleaning. Chemicals in the pool was added beyond proportion which was not good for eyes and skin. ***pics posted in bnb or any portals by the property owner are dated and reality is different...so beware

Great stay, great Serene location and Great Caretaker. Shout out to Johnson Chetta for the great service. There were few problems with water and hot water facility, but it was taken care by the Caretaker. We had great time at the stay without any other problems. Food options are less, but have kitchen and cooking facilities, if you want to explore cooking option. I would definitely recommend this place for great Serene and Beautiful stay.

Excellent homestay with a serene atmosphere and infinity view.we were three couples, and one of us had a small kid .As they provided us with a kitchen facility, it was very useful for making food for the child.Rooms are decent.But one of the room in the Right side of upstairs have damaged handlock which need to get fixed. The swimming pool was awesome experience. We spent a long time inside the pool and enjoyed a lot.The place is very safe .Owner joby was very helpful and friendly person.Really appreciate.
