It was a nice experience there, the rooms weren't of the best in cleanliness but it was fine the bathrooms were all good. The cushions in the bed were torn. About the food it was top notch, the location of the cottages were in a very remote area it was pretty difficult to get there. The roomservice and the staff were all friendly and highly edequate, the location in which the cottages was very quiet and beautyfull . overall a 4 stars

1 Star Staff Ruined the Whole Trip By: DisappointedSoul99 Date: July 2025 The location is okay, but whats the use when the staff treats you like youre a burden? From the moment we checked in, they acted rude and totally uninterested. No smile, no basic manners. Asked for help with hot water got ignored. Asked for clean towels they rolled their eyes like we were asking for gold. They talk among themselves loudly, laugh while guests are standing and waiting. No sense of hospitality at all. Felt like we were begging for every small thing. Worst customer service ever. Would not recommend this place even for free.

Worst resort actually it's not a resort it's purely low range like 200 rupees stay lodge only and lodge owner also a money hunger . We came here for stay 2 days but after seen this fellow immediately changed the hotel to some other in vagamon . Please don't prefer this instead of going here for for some other good other good resort in vagamon

There are all the necessary facilities for the money paid. Don't expect a lot. The rooms are suitable for a small family, not many big rooms. The swimming pool is not that big. The food is average. The swimming pool is an additional payment.

Dreams cottage only name shows the dreams.novfood no facilities only name shows dreams. no food and not good attitude what a waste cottage please never book this hotel
