DNC Shevaroys Resort is really good, and we had a fantastic stay experience. Their individual luxury villas offer a unique and premium experience, especially with the private pool and the calm, peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and well organized, making the stay comfortable and relaxing. The property is ideal for families and those looking for a peaceful getaway. But the WiFi internet speed was very low and definitely needs improvement. We were also not satisfied with the biryani, but apart from that, the food and overall experience were good. Overall, a recommended resort for families and couples looking for a quiet and luxurious stay experience.

Nitish possesses excellent communication skills, making every interaction clear, concise, and incredibly friendly from start to finish. He explained the hotel policies and facility access in a way that was easy to understand, without ever sounding scripted or robotic. Whether he was speaking with us or coordinating with other staff members, his tone was always professional and upbeat. It made navigating the hotel services feel effortless and pleasant, which really elevated our overall experience. We felt genuinely listened to, which is a hallmark of truly superior front-office service

We had a wonderful stay at DNC Shevarayan Resort, Yercaud. The food was delicious with a good variety of options, and every meal was well prepared and enjoyable. The activities organized by the resort made our stay even more memorable. The magic show was entertaining for both adults and children, and the fire camp created a great atmosphere for a relaxing evening. The hospitality of the staff was exceptional. Everyone was courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. A special appreciation goes to Priyadharshini at the reception, who provided very quick support whenever we needed assistance. She was extremely kind, friendly, and professional, making our stay smooth and comfortable from check-in to check-out. Overall, it was a fantastic experience with excellent food, engaging activities, and outstanding service. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for a pleasant getaway in Yercaud. We look forward to visiting again.

We had a wonderful stay at this resort. The ambiance was calm, well-maintained, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. Talking about Yercaud weather, we went on Republic day OMG the mist was full, the roads are hidden can't view, seriously it was a amazing experience. Over on resort, A special mention to the magic show, which was truly entertaining and added a fun, memorable touch for both adults and kids. The bonfire experience in the evening was equally amazing well organized, cozy, and created a great vibe to unwind and spend quality time. Kids have a wonderful indoor play area. The staff were courteous and always ready to help, making the overall experience even better. Highly recommended for families and friends looking for a pleasant and enjoyable stay. The only thing is that Shevaroys dine-in is quite cozy since its a 3-star restaurant with a resto-bar vibe, so the ambiance feel very premium. But its okay for a one-time experience. They provided complimentary breakfast, and the quality was too good with a wide variety of options, which definitely compensates for it.
