We stayed in a bamboo cottage. Although there were plenty of small plants and grasses throughout the property due to the monsoon, which could have been cleared, the room itself was well-maintained and hygienic. The location was great, the staff were very pleasant, and the food quality and taste were also nice. Overall, we had a fantastic stay.

Room: Clay Cottage 1. We informed the resort staff an hour before arriving so that the check-in process could be smooth, allowing us to proceed with our plans. However, the room was not ready when we arrived, and cleaning only began after we reached the property. This caused a delay of about 45 minutes, disrupting our planned activities. 2. Despite the cleaning, the room had an unpleasant smell and was smaller than expected, making it feel overpriced for the amount we paid. 3. The surroundings of the room were poorly maintained, and the swimming pool was in a subpar condition. It was evident that the resort lacked proper upkeep. 4. The resort listed "Jungle Safari" as an amenity but provided no assistance or guidance in arranging it, which was misleading These issues forced us to book another hotel, resulting in extra expenses. Despite raising the matter, the service provider is not helping us resolve the issue, and the resort is refusing to provide even half of the refund. At the end of the day, I feel deeply disappointed, having wasted my money on such a subpar experience.

Very good resort stayed for 1day with my friend and 2 family,my kids enjoyed to max , very clean pool was very clean loved it , very good place and must say all staff were very good and kind Thank You.

Mr.Anandu, our caretaker during the stay ensured that we all felt welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. He was very cooperative and helpful. All the food they provided were also delicious. Whether vacationing with friends or family, the resort offers a perfect blend of relaxation and recreational activities. It's an ideal destination for those seeking a rejuvenating escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. We visited this place last week and the thing which was lacking is food. If you are a foodie refrain from visiting this place. Overall experience was not good.
