I would give 3 stars only to the quality of the rooms and not for the view that we have from our bedroom. The tree house and the the rooms near that have a great view but are very costly..... The hotel is not at a view-able distance from the main road. It is not easy to be found out. Nearby there is Dreamland therefore it is good... It is family friendly, only the behavior of helpers was a bit weird, they are teenagers and a bit on the enjoying side. I personally was not happy with the behavior, but ya it can be waved off, as they did not create any discomfort. The owner or the receptionist is very well behaved and helpful..... Overall good experience, not an issue

Great place to stay in Munnar. Hotel rooms are clean and tidy. Also, morning breakfast is provided by them which is really awesome. They provide authentic south indian food in breakfast, really like it. Don't know whether it's free as arrangement was done by travel agent. Overall great experience.

I was here in 1st week of December for 2 days.All the photos which are available on the internet are from different hotel compare to which we got. They have 2 hotels so do ask photos before booking. I had booked 5 rooms for 5 couples. Pros: The hotel location is very good and pleasant. The staff was very nice to us. Food was ok here. Cons: Bathrooms were so slippery and we had to be careful every time.There was an issue with hot water and shower.There were mosquitoes in the rooms.

A beautiful little resort in a stunning location. I loved the steep path leading up to the resort. The balconies have the perfect view. The breakfast was served fresh and hot. Authentic south Indian style food that kids loved. The staff was very helpful. Great hospitality. Thank you Diamond Hills. ** My stay was from 3 to 5 Nov this year.

View from front facing rooms is awesome. Even others share good views. U can really feel in clouds at this hotel bcz it's on higher altitude.Good place to stay. Newly built , rooms are clean but no washroom cosmetics are provided. Food is ok. Breakfast is delicious.
