My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Crayons, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional service and made to feel right at home. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hotel's location was perfect for us. We were able to easily explore Munnar and its many attractions. Majority of the attractions  was within easy reach. The quality of the hotel itself was outstanding. Our room was spacious, well-appointed, and spotlessly clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring. The hotel facilities were also top-notch. One of the highlights of our stay was the delicious breakfast buffet offered each morning. There was a wide variety of options to choose from, catering to all tastes and dietary needs. The food was fresh, well-prepared, and the perfect way to start our day. Overall, we had an unforgettable stay at Hotel Crayons. The exceptional service, prime location, and outstanding quality made it a truly memorable experience for our family. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay in Munnar. Our special thanks goes to the front desk for the support in helping us to plan our sightseeing plan, which was very useful to cover maximum attractions including some hidden spots.

It's my first stay at Crayons munnar....that too on a official tour. Had stayed at many hotel and resort . But need to state.one of the best stay I've ever had. From room infrastructure,to service desk to room service.just awesome ... True value for money..

Stayed here with my family for 2 days and everything was beyond our expectations. The rooms were neat and clean. Breakfast was great and the dinner was also amazing. Mr. John and Mr. Bigil were very courteous. Thanks a lot for an amazing experience!

I have a wonderful experience staying in the resort . The staffs are very friendly and are very concerned towards our needs .The food provided is very tasty .Rooms are clean and well maintained .Overall it was a good experience staying here.
