The stay was comfortable, staff at the reception was generous. Had a great stay. Restaurant of the hotel was good and the dishes was delicious. Liked it. During the stay kids wanted to use the swimming pool but they informed that it's in maintenance. It was ok. But later when taking bath hot water was not available, on call they again reported that due to maintenance it's not available. It was not accepted. Other than that the room, ambience and overall stay was good.

Had a wonderful stay at Citrus Prime Bhopal. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The food was delicious and the service was quick. The location is also very convenient for travel around the city. Overall, a great experience with excellent hospitality. I would definitely recommend Citrus Prime Bhopal to anyone visiting the city.

One of the worst hotels I have stayed. There was no hot water. Flush was not working. I had go to reception to complain because phone numbers were not working. Because of this I got late for my other commitments. On top of everything they ask you for advance payment so that you cant do anything. Stay away from this place

I stayed at Citrus Prime Bhopal in the last week of November, booked through MakeMyTrip (MMT). Positive points: The room provided to me was clean The location is okay and accessible Main issue: The biggest problem is the mismatch between the room photos shown on MMT and the actual room provided by the hotel. The pictures displayed on MakeMyTrip give a completely different impression compared to reality. I felt cheated by MakeMyTrip because the room did not match what was advertised at the time of booking. When I raised this concern with the hotel staff, they informed me that they have requested MMT multiple times to update the photos, but MMT has not done so. I also requested the hotel staff to provide me the same category/room as shown in the MMT photos, but they denied, stating it was not possible. This creates confusion and disappointment for customers. Transparency is very important while booking hotels online. Either the photos on MMT should be updated immediately, or the hotel should provide rooms that match the advertised images. Overall, the stay was average, but the false representation on MMT seriously affects trust. I hope both the hotel and MakeMyTrip take responsibility and fix this issue for future guests.

I recently stayed at Citrus Prime Hotel Bhopal and had a truly wonderful experience. The property itself is well-maintained, clean, and offers a very comfortable stay. The rooms were spacious, well-kept, and had all the modern amenities one would expect. The overall ambiance of the hotel was warm and welcoming, making it a perfect choice for both business and leisure stays. What stood out most during my visit was the hospitality. The staff was attentive and polite, always ready to assist with a smile. In particular, I would like to give special appreciation to the receptionist- Ms."BULBUL". From the moment I arrived, the receptionist made me feel valued as a guest. Her professionalism, patience, and courteous manner created a smooth check-in and check-out process.
