It was a superb experience, aesthetically built resort with neat and tidy rooms well maintained washrooms and the whole premises, well cleaned swimming pool, the view from the pool makes it more attractive. The staff was very helpful and attentive. Service was very good, We had dinner and breakfast from here both were well cooked and tasty, The swimming pool is made child friendly with a mini pool in it, at night the ambience was very pleasant.

Superb experience overall. The staff is very accommodating and polite. Flexible with most of the requirements. The hotel location and stay is beautiful. Especially the view from balcony. Rooms and washrooms are clean and well maintained. Thanks to Manoj and team for letting us have such beautiful experience.

The location was an absolute pleasure. The ambience of the hotel was as fitting as a small palace itself. More than anything, the staff were stupendous. They helped with heartfelt warmth in every way possible. They even took care of all the special needs of my one year old kid. The food was tasty and homely, made me nostalgic. The infinity pool with backdrop of the misty mountains is mesmerising. I would recommend everyone visiting to stay at Chitirapuram Palace.

We stayed here during our visit to Munnar in June 2024. Really loved the property which is very well maintained. The staff were really pleasant and welcoming. Loved the Rooms and the pool. The view from the balcony was so great. The Food was also amazing. We had the complementary breakfast and also dinner. We were very well taken care of right from the booking till the checkout. They even called to check if we were back home safely as there was very heavy rain during our return journey. Overall a very good experience…
