We were disappointed with our stay at this property. The villa and resort amenities appeared beautiful online, but the actual experience did not match the expectations created by the photos and descriptions. However, we would like to acknowledge the staff, who were extremely cooperative, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, despite his hospitality, the overall property experience did not meet our expectations and Not a good value for money, considering the number of properties available in the area..

The Cassa Don Premium pool villa was great for our trip. The room was spacious and very clean, and the bed was super comfortable. The staff ( Justin and Ranjan) were welcoming and helpful. The location was also very convenient. We had a really good experience and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend for family and friends group.

A Perfect Getaway Highly Recommended! I recently stayed at Cassadon, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warm hospitality and made us feel at home. The resort itself is breathtaking, with beautifully maintained grounds, stunning views, and a peaceful ambiance that is perfect for relaxation.The rooms were spacious, spotless, and elegantly designed, offering great comfort with all the modern amenities. The food was another highlightevery meal was delicious, with a variety of options to suit all tastes.

Me and my friends altogether eight couples stayed at Cassa Don for two days. This place is brand new and packed with a small kitchen, swimming pool and a nice dining. A fire pit with BBQ can be arranged on demand. There are total of 6 rooms, with two of it on first floor or top with very nice view of swimming pool and mountains. Ample parking space. The location is very easy to find and very serene. There is a stream across the road! The staff is very helpful, Mr.Jestin, who was hosting us was present full time and very responsive. Food is very good too. There are few tiny grocery shops located nearby where we bought bananas and eggs. Overall, very pleasant experience and we enjoyed our stay.

Casa Pool Villa in Munnar: Cleanliness a Plus, Value Questionable Our recent stay at Casa Pool Villa in Munnar was acceptable, though it didn't live up to the expectations set by its price. The standout feature was the undeniably clean swimming pool, which we greatly enjoyed. However, several aspects detracted from the overall experience. For a group of thirteen people staying two nights and paying close to 50,000, the policy of providing only one water bottle per room felt remarkably stingy. The absence of a readily available water source like an RO system or a water purifier on the premises was a significant inconvenience. For a property commanding such a premium, one would reasonably expect easy access to drinking water. Adding to the frustration was the apparent lack of clear communication between the Airbnb host managing the online booking and the individual present at the villa. This breakdown in coordination led to an awkward situation where we were asked to make an additional payment upon arrival, despite having already paid the total amount in advance. This unexpected demand caused unnecessary stress and negatively impacted our initial impression of the stay. Furthermore, the kitchen facilities proved to be somewhat basic. While equipped with a gas stove and a refrigerator, the absence of an oven was a notable limitation, particularly when trying to cater to a large group. The ability to reheat food conveniently would have significantly enhanced our self-catering experience. In conclusion, while the cleanliness of the villa, especially the pool, was a definite positive, the overall experience didn't entirely justify the considerable cost. The issues encountered with limited water provision, the confusion surrounding payment, and the lack of a basic kitchen amenity like an oven left us with the feeling that the value proposition was not quite met. It's likely that comparable accommodations offering a more seamless and well-equipped experience could be found at a similar price point.
