Wrost experience we had... no response from staff... room they have promised us is not provided. Rooms we are got doesn't have hot water and smell coming.... nothing is perfect... What they have mentioned rooms in images are fake.... and they can take extra amount for extra person ..so they mean it only enter into the room not for bed. No towels and drinking water is not good. If you want to ask them they will not pick up the call... and even they blame you return... cheap service... waste of money..

The highlight was definitely the stunning balcony view of the valley; waking up to that mist and greenery was magical. The food was another pleasant surprise. Every meal was fresh, authentic, and delicious (the North Indian dishes and local Kerala breakfast are must-tries!). If you're looking for a peaceful escape with excellent hospitality in Munnar, this is the place. Highly recommended!"

This two-night stay at Breeze Valley Resorts Munnar was one of that great service experience I have ever encountered, particularly while traveling with a large group. The lack of basic facilities, poor food, staff attitude and failure to provide standard hospitality were appalling. Pros Room Cleanliness: The hotel rooms were clean and maintained basic hygiene standards. View from Specific Rooms: Though not standard, booking higher rooms allowed us to get a view. (The hotel reception is on the 3rd floor, with rooms above and below.) Cons Dining Arrangement: The hotel does not have a restaurant. We were offered no dining space or seating, forcing our entire team of 15+ to eat our food sitting on the balcony floor late at night. Dining area is small and not for large groups. Garbage clearance: It is obvious garbage accumulation happens when there is a big group. Hotel management should not blame. Breakfast Provision: The breakfast provided did not have great options in terms of variety. Extra Charge for Basic Tea: We had to pay an extra fee since we requested for early morning tea. Poor View Access: Views are not standard; most rooms offer no scenic views. Guests must walk to a specific spot for a view. Summary: The single pro of clean rooms is entirely overshadowed by a series of major service failures, from forcing us to dine on the floor to providing sub-par breakfast, and then complaining about the cost of cleaning up their own mess. I strongly advise against booking Breeze Valley Resorts, especially for groups or those expecting professional service.

We stayed here for 2 nights and had a very pleasant experience. The rooms were neat and cozy, the surroundings were calm, and the service was excellent. Staff were friendly and always ready to help. Booked balcony room for two of us, wife was very happy. There are lot of nearby restaurants as well!!
