The highlight was definitely the stunning balcony view of the valley; waking up to that mist and greenery was magical. The food was another pleasant surprise. Every meal was fresh, authentic, and delicious (the North Indian dishes and local Kerala breakfast are must-tries!). If you're looking for a peaceful escape with excellent hospitality in Munnar, this is the place. Highly recommended!"

We stayed here for 2 nights and had a very pleasant experience. The rooms were neat and cozy, the surroundings were calm, and the service was excellent. Staff were friendly and always ready to help. Booked balcony room for two of us, wife was very happy. There are lot of nearby restaurants as well!!

Wrost experience we had... no response from staff... room they have promised us is not provided. Rooms we are got doesn't have hot water and smell coming.... nothing is perfect... What they have mentioned rooms in images are fake.... and they can take extra amount for extra person ..so they mean it only enter into the room not for bed. No towels and drinking water is not good. If you want to ask them they will not pick up the call... and even they blame you return... cheap service... waste of money..

Clean and Comfortable, but more of a Guesthouse than a Resort "Edit: Major Food Restrictions. Even in reply, owner has mentioned about pre-booked lunch and dinner are provided. But I didn't see any option during my booking. I would like to request the owner to consider allowing guests to have food in the dining area. Additionally, I propose a suggestion that partnering(tie up) with nearby restaurants for food delivery could be a beneficial option for guests." Rating: (3/5) We stayed here as a family for one night (Jan 1718). While the property is new and well-maintained, the "Resort" name is a bit misleadingit functions strictly as a lodging hotel. The Positives : Excellent Rooms: The rooms are spacious, airy, and very clean. The beds are comfortable. Facilities: Ample parking space and a dedicated area for driver accommodation. Views & Utilities: Lovely scenic view from the back. They have a reliable power backup (DG set). Staff: The staff was polite, though quite strict with house rules. The Drawbacks: Major Food Restrictions: Only breakfast is provided. They do not serve lunch or dinner, and they have a very strict policy against bringing outside food into the rooms or the dining area. I asked to allow to have outside food at their dining space but that also they didn't allow. Dining Tip & Warning: While there are good Veg and Non-Veg hotels within walking distance, be aware that the roads are very steep and sloppy. If you are not used to hilly terrain or have health/heart concerns, walking to find food will be very difficult. Accessibility: Despite being a new 5-story building, there is no lift. Climbing stairs is expected. Missing Amenities: Basic room essentials like a water kettle, tea/coffee, and extra pillows were not provided. A kettle is essential for families traveling with kids. Service: It was often difficult to find an attendant or anyone at the reception. Verdict: A good choice for a clean bed and a view, but stay here only if you are physically fit to climb stairs/hills and are okay with finding all your meals externally.

Gem of a person. Lovely service, very helpful and resourceful person. Location of the property is also beautiful with very nice view and it is clean. It is good for family, friends couple and solo. I had a wonderful experience and I am sure everyone who stays here will also have similar experience.
