We had a wonderful experience at Breeze Valley Resort. The place is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for spending quality time with family and friends. The ambience is refreshing, the surroundings are pleasant, and the overall atmosphere is relaxing. The hospitality and service were good, making our visit even more enjoyable. It is a lovely place to unwind, create beautiful memories, and take a break from our busy routine. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a refreshing getaway. Looking forward to visiting again.

Wrost experience we had... no response from staff... room they have promised us is not provided. Rooms we are got doesn't have hot water and smell coming.... nothing is perfect... What they have mentioned rooms in images are fake.... and they can take extra amount for extra person ..so they mean it only enter into the room not for bed. No towels and drinking water is not good. If you want to ask them they will not pick up the call... and even they blame you return... cheap service... waste of money..

The resort offers stunning views and along with that the hospitality of the owners Jolly uncle and Sheena aunty made the stay worthy. Truly it is a home away from home experience and we would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Munnar.

Worst hotel i stayed in my lifetime,rooms shown in images are fake, they are not same when you visit the hotel,no proper response from staff,they are very lazy to respond. Drinking water is not good & bad smell comes from water bottle & tumbler. Till we pay the full amount owner will speak politely,once the payment is done the lady will speak in different tone,if we ask something she will speak us in singular with full of disrespect. We booked for a normal room,we had issue with drinking water & spider in restroom, the lady in return asks me why can't you pay extra amount and take balcony room,so the normal rooms will be with bad water,spider & smell ? Curtains are in very worst condition, don't know when the cleaned it. Not even able to stay for 20 minutes,not even 10 - 20% refund was given. Don't book this hotel or else you will waste your money & trip mood will get spoiled.

One of the worst hotel experiences weve had\. There was no one at the reception whenever we needed assistance, and there wasnt even a phone or extension in the room to contact them. The room had no kettle or provision for hot water either. The overall service was extremely poor and disappointing. Definitely a big **NO for families**.
