We recently visited Black Forest Resort. The location and overall ambiance of the place are good and have great potential. However, our experience with the service was quite disappointing. The food quality and quantity were not satisfactory. Although the staff members were genuinely trying their best to manage the situation, it seemed that the management team was not aware of what was happening in the kitchen and dining area. There was a clear lack of coordination. Basic facilities such as sufficient cutlery were not available, yet group bookings were still being accepted. This made it difficult for guests to have a comfortable dining experience. Additionally, the washrooms were not functioning properly, and there was no reliable hot water service, which caused further inconvenience. We kindly request the management to ensure proper arrangements and service quality before accepting bookings, especially group reservations. Guests expect basic comfort and organized service when choosing a resort.

We had a comfortable stay at this resort for 2 Nights, Good Location, Upkeep and Supportive Staff. All our colleagues too enjoyed the stay as all 12 Rooms in the resort was booked by our group. Meeting the cheerful owner, who was always ready to support was the icing on the cake. Thanks, Keep it up.

We recently stayed at Black Forest Resort for a double celebrationNew Years Eve and a milestone birthdayand it was hands-down one of our best group trips. We were a large group of 20, but the hospitality was so seamless that we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The host truly went out of their way to ensure every detail was perfect. The lamb barbeque was a major highlightabsolutely delicious and perfectly prepared. They also handled the birthday cake cutting arrangements beautifully, making the night feel extra special. If you're looking for a place that can handle a large group with warmth and top-notch service, this is it. Highly recommended!

If youre looking for the ultimate romantic getaway, Black Forest is a dream come true. Being completely surrounded by the lush, towering trees made us feel like we were in our own private world. Theres nothing quite like waking up to the sound of birds and the fresh scent of the tree . It was the perfect place to disconnect from the wedding stress and reconnect as a married couple. The true highlight for us was the stunning pool area. It felt like swimming in a hidden lagoon in the middle of the woods. The resort blends high-end comfort perfectly with the raw beauty of the outdoors. We spent our mornings on our private balcony soaking in the stillness and our afternoons by the water. Absolutely breathtaking! We cant wait to come back for our anniversary."

Our stay at Black Forest Resort, Kenichira was truly delightful. Surrounded by lush greenery, the resort offers a calm and refreshing escape into nature. The rooms are clean, cozy, and thoughtfully maintained, with lovely views that instantly make you feel relaxed. The staff are incredibly warm and welcoming, always making sure guests feel at home.
