Beniel Homestay, Suryanelli (Munnar) is a decent, comfortable, and very pocket-friendly stay at around 1200 per day. The room was clean and spacious with a big bed, good balcony view, covered car parking, and hot water available throughout the stay. They also help arrange the Kolukkumalai jeep trek at about 700 per person on a sharing basis, which was very convenient. Overall, a no-nonsense, value-for-money accommodation that gives you comfort without burning a hole in your wallet. Perfect for a relaxed Munnar trip.

Best service ever.Rooms are same as shown on internet which were clean and hygienic, provided with hot water, WiFi,water bottle,soap, towel,T.V. Respect to the owner uncle very caring, responsible and his son who co-ordinates within the best that he could,very needful.We would HIGHLY recommend this home stay.They also arranged us a Jeep[Kollukamalai peak],with discussed amount earlier.They try giving their best in whatever we are looking for say for example hotels for food etc.We ourselves have decided to come back here the next time.Thank you BENIEL HOMESTAY :-)))

Overall experience: Had an amazing and very safe trip. The host family made us feel very comfortable and safe. Best place for female travellers! The host Mr. Joel helped us in many ways right from structuring out the itinerary as per our needs and helping us throughout the treks. The entire experience was really good especially the Kolukumalai and Bose peak trek. Rooms: Very clean. Budget friendly and perfectly safe for female travellers as the hosts live next door. Service: Services were around the clock and the hosts very kind and patient. Location: This homestay is near to main Munnar (30-40mins travel). It's the perfect location to stay if the itinerary focuses on Kolukumalai sunrise trek as it's very near to the starting point. Food: Very tasty home made food were available. Decent hotels around. Very minimal vegetarian options.
