We had a good stay in the 4BHK setup. Its a comfortable place with great privacy and view, but facilities and maintenance should improve for the price charged. Pros: - Spacious 4 bedrooms with attached bathrooms. - Kitchen facility available (you can cook if you bring your own items). - Pleasant ambience, refreshing beach view. - Good option for small to medium groups of friends. - Open space for games and BBQ if you bring the equipment. Cons: - For the price (12k per night), facilities could be better. - One rooms AC was not working, which made it tough during summer. - Not many built in activities; guests need to bring most things themselves.

A nice space for friends or family together. Near the beach and a good atmosphere. Breakfast will be provided and don't expect as much. Neat and clean surroundings and room. Have a good view of the beach from the 1st floor bedrooms. Overall a good experience from this property.

Loved the experience. I am booking this place for the second time. It's a fully furnished 4BHK house which has its own private area and direct back gate access to the beach. Utensils are available in case u want to make something. A fridge and kettle are also available. Microwave not available. There is AC in all rooms and the caretaker is a call away. Con: The top floor AC is not working properly. It will take a lot of time to cool the rooms. Microwave not available.

Place is good, very nice beach view. Near beach access without any crowds. The house is good for 8 persons to stay. The only problem not a family friendly stay, sometimes outsiders come and visits the caretaker which ruins the privacy. Also the house is not maintained properly especially bathrooms. Lots of mosquitoes, so keep your doors and windows close always.

This was well worth the money for a beach front view with great swimming. The property manager made a wonderful breakfast, did our laundry, translated with locals for us, and came by every afternoon to make coffee--all and all going above and beyond. The facilities are a little aesthetically careworn, though very clean. We were happy with our stay and would enthusiastically recommend it to other Western expat travelers.
