A normal house with 2 spacious bedrooms. Quite accessible to beach. But we got a very unclean house. They have told us that cleaning wouldnt over by 2pm as they had guest for a week and we might have to wait for an hour. So we thought to give time and reached property at 3.30, yet cleaning was gng on. We got a very unclean house with dust every where. One room smelled cigarettes and we couldnt walk on the floor as something was sticky on our foots. Even one of the dinning chair was almost broken. Adjust all I was stuck in bathroom for nearly an hour as water got over and then we had to call caretaker to pump again. Truly disappointed. On top the owner kept on calling for the balance payment ever since we had checked in. Even in the morning 8 i got getting Calls for payment but not a single message asking about our experience at the property. I had purposefully wanted to pay the remaining before the checkout as thats how it should be. Anyways, Only plus point i could see is the accessibility to beach. The house needs maintenance badly. As a suggestion, it would be great if u could have a cook , bbq and other facilities. The living are also needs a AC considering Trivandrum climate

We had a good stay in the 4BHK setup. Its a comfortable place with great privacy and view, but facilities and maintenance should improve for the price charged. Pros: - Spacious 4 bedrooms with attached bathrooms. - Kitchen facility available (you can cook if you bring your own items). - Pleasant ambience, refreshing beach view. - Good option for small to medium groups of friends. - Open space for games and BBQ if you bring the equipment. Cons: - For the price (12k per night), facilities could be better. - One rooms AC was not working, which made it tough during summer. - Not many built in activities; guests need to bring most things themselves.

A nice space for friends or family together. Near the beach and a good atmosphere. Breakfast will be provided and don't expect as much. Neat and clean surroundings and room. Have a good view of the beach from the 1st floor bedrooms. Overall a good experience from this property.

Place is good, very nice beach view. Near beach access without any crowds. The house is good for 8 persons to stay. The only problem not a family friendly stay, sometimes outsiders come and visits the caretaker which ruins the privacy. Also the house is not maintained properly especially bathrooms. Lots of mosquitoes, so keep your doors and windows close always.
