A nice space for friends or family together. Near the beach and a good atmosphere. Breakfast will be provided and don't expect as much. Neat and clean surroundings and room. Have a good view of the beach from the 1st floor bedrooms. Overall a good experience from this property.

Loved the experience. I am booking this place for the second time. It's a fully furnished 4BHK house which has its own private area and direct back gate access to the beach. Utensils are available in case u want to make something. A fridge and kettle are also available. Microwave not available. There is AC in all rooms and the caretaker is a call away. Con: The top floor AC is not working properly. It will take a lot of time to cool the rooms. Microwave not available.

Place is good, very nice beach view. Near beach access without any crowds. The house is good for 8 persons to stay. The only problem not a family friendly stay, sometimes outsiders come and visits the caretaker which ruins the privacy. Also the house is not maintained properly especially bathrooms. Lots of mosquitoes, so keep your doors and windows close always.

We stayed at this beachhouse for four days. The sea view is great and the beach is quiet. But the house needs some fixes, especially the kitchen and toilets. Still, we loved it and give it 5/5 stars. Great place overall

This was a good place in history. Very poorly maintained property Specially interiors and toilets are the most dreaded Need severe pest control. They have a useless caretaker to watch property. He demanded we give him drinks. His presence was really uncomfortable and annoying. We ruined out most precious gathering there and still regret. We visited over the weekend of 21Jan 2023.
