Had a wonderful stay at this resort. The property is beautiful, and we opted for the mountain-view room, which offered breathtaking scenic views right from the bedroom. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and exceptionally clean. I booked directly through the resort's website and was able to get a better rate compared to other platforms. The staff were courteous, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The food was also very good and exceeded our expectations. One thing to note is that the resort is located quite far from Munnar town. However, this turned out to be a positive for us, as it offered a peaceful and serene environment away from the crowds and noise. The only aspect that could be improved is the jeep tour experience. I would recommend checking with multiple operators and negotiating beforehand, as we felt the pricing was on the higher side relative to the experience provided. While the service on the first day was excellent, the quality and attention seemed to drop on subsequent days once the booking was secured. Overall, a great place to stay for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway surrounded by nature.

Our stay at Bamboo Dale Resort, Munnar was truly unforgettable. Nestled amidst lush greenery and surrounded by the serene beauty of nature, the resort offers a perfect escape from city life. The bamboo cottages are unique, cozy, and beautifully designed, giving a wonderful eco-friendly experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and offered stunning views of the hills and forest. The staff were extremely courteous and attentive, always ensuring that our stay was pleasant. The food was delicious, with authentic Kerala flavors and fresh ingredients. What we loved most was the peaceful atmosphere and the opportunity to reconnect with nature. If you are looking for a relaxing and memorable stay in Munnar, Bamboo Dale Resort is an excellent choice. Highly recommended for couples, families, and nature lovers!

The property is well maintained, clean, and offers a peaceful environmentperfect if youre looking to stay close to nature. The staff are extremely kind, helpful, and always willing to assist, which really adds to the overall experience. The food is good, and its convenient that they provide room service. The spa service is also quite impressive and worth trying. However, there were a few downsides. We visited in April during the summer, and the lack of AC made the stay uncomfortable at times. Additionally, we had informed the team more than 36 hours in advance about a birthday celebration and requested a simple change from a white forest cake to a black forest cake. They quoted 1500 for a 500g cake, which felt unreasonable, especially when the same could be purchased in town for around 250. Overall, a nice place for a nature getaway with great service, but improvements in basic amenities and pricing transparency would make the experience much better.

I had a truly memorable stay at Bamboo Dale Resort in Bison Valley. Nestled in the heart of nature, the resort offers a serene and refreshing escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The lush greenery, peaceful ambiance, and eco-friendly design make it a perfect retreat for nature lovers. What made the experience even more special was the exceptional service. A special shout-out to Sujith, one of the service staff, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. He was incredibly polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a warm smile. Whether it was arranging local tours, helping with meals, or simply checking in to ensure we were happy, Sujith's dedication truly stood out. Highly recommend this resort for anyone looking to unwind in a beautiful setting with top-notch hospitality. Will definitely be back!

An amazing Resort for it's ambience and everything. We have been to there as a group of 24 members to a vaccation. We'll maintained and clean rooms with all amenities. We all enjoyed a lot. There is a private waterfall also inside the property. The best was the trekking to Chokramudi peak. I should specially mention Mr. Mridul who was with us for our all needs. He was the one who accompanied us to the trekking. What a wonderful place to visit. All other staffs were also so friendly to us. Delicious food too. Go for it if you want to have a peaceful and relaxed vaccay.
