One of the worst room i stayed, all room has hot watter issue and door lock not working properly, with tons of insects in all around property, totally no response from owner. even they don't have key or lock to our room simply they say no one will come to your room (they don't worry about our valuable thinks) they don't give solution to your problem simple ignore you. The simply say we will solve the issue but nothing happens it was one hell night for me, this property is running full of issue. even single star is over for this property.

This single star is only for the staff who tried to be very friendly. Other than that the cottage allotted to us was pathetic. The rooms were closed for quite sometime I guess. Very smelly, bed bugs, dirty footmats, no power backup. We had to spend the whole night without power. On our request the generator was switched on but that too only for an hour. Won't recommend at all. And the OYO customer care did not even take our complaints seriously. " We will rectify next time". What the hell.

Hi, Really a good service and nice maintenance. Really pleasant and clean rooms. The thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staffs. We went at mid night. We were hungry, we asked for food. Really they are great staffs, they arranged food for us at the late night period also. Great people and awesome service.

We were a group of 30 people, staying for 2 nights. We had booked this hotel reading the good reviews on Google. But nothing but sheer disappointment was received. 1. The rooms were in their worst conditions. a) The walls stinked and had fallen patches of paint on them. (I think the photos posted by the hotel are for display purpose only.) b) A TV didn't work, and those which did had no remote control. c) One of the rooms' door had a faulty door handle, so we had to leave the room unlocked all the time. d) Hot water is just a myth in this hotel. The staff showed no signs of concern. 2. The dining space is too limited. So if they have too much of guests residing, be ready to dine sitting on the floor. 3. The bonfire along with music (not DJ) is not something what you expect from a riverside hotel. They give you a fire lit on closed rooftop with a bluetooth speaker, where you are not allowed to play the music after 10:00 pm. (P.s. We have stayed in many OYO hotels prior to this, but I must accept that this one is the worst.) Inspite of the long distance from Munnar you choose this hotel, please be ready to travel a lot just to reach a good spot, and be very disappointed.

Worst Hotel Check in experience ever. I booked through OYO and paid in full online. I talked to the hotel in advance to confirm my booking and i was told to come to the hotel. When i reached the hotel, I encountered the rudest hotel manager ever who straight asked me to leave as soon as he heard OYO. We had to sleep in our car in the middle of a forest but the manager wouldn't let us in.
