I had been to this hotel. Did not like it - rooms had dirty bedsheet, AC not working, cockroaches and ants in the room. Breakfast room had AC but not working, was suffocating to have breakfast in hot furnace room. No ceiling fans. The staff was not cooperative. It is situated deep inside the narrow road. No support or guidance provided for boating time or tickets. If you want to waste money, then go to this hotel. Else I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Room was as per tarrif. We went in peak Christmas time. We had senior citizen and kid. It was full tourist rush around. I was satisfied with the service and I will recommend others too . It was not luxurious but basic facilities were considered. Room was clean hygienic and comfortable. Bed was cozy and comfortable. Washroom was clean hygienic and hot water supply. It is very closely located to beach. We easily walk to all the tourist spots. Service was also good. Challenges: Hotel do not have its own restaurant. You have to search for meals around. There are many food options around.

Very bad experience. The hotel and reception staff were rude and unfriendly. They kept asking too many unnecessary questions and demanded both passports and even took photos, which made us feel very uncomfortable. Tourists should be treated with respect, not like this. The electricity kept going off every half an hour, and the air conditioner was not working properly. Overall, a very disappointing stay.

Dear All, I am really writing a genuine feedback Zero facilities available. Even you will not get a glass to drink water.. I charged 3500, however, with zero facilities. The phone was not worth it, AC was heavy, sound, etc. There are better hotels nearby... You can xplore those. The receptionist was very arrogant. The service and rooms were pathetic. I booked this seeing review on Agoda, i.e., 8.2. However, visiting the place, I came to know that it was managed. I tried to reach Agoda... however, there is no phone support... only asked on chat to register a review if not happy. In case of Goibibo or Make My Trip, you at least get customer care support. So do not book it from Agoda as well... After writing this review .. I am going to delete this application

My stay at AR Residency Hotel was very pleasant. The rooms were clean and hygienic the beds were comfortable and all necessary amenities were available. The staff was friendly and supportive and the service was quick. The location is also very convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.
