Only if I could give 0 star. The location is cool, but ... Terrible rooms, the room reserved was not ready on arrival even at 18:30. Asked us to wait, no worries, only to give us another room which was stinking with dirty bed sheets. Incomprehensible how can such room be rented out. Moreover, I informed the owner via booking.com that I wanted to cancel,but in place, he refused to cancel. Not for families at all. Not worth the price.

We stayed there for 4 days, though the property is a heritage one. It needs massive repairs as there was massive fungus on the walls. Rooms: space is adequate but it has nothing except a bed and a table. Food: one caretaker and a cook can cook upon request or you can order food online. Not recommended for a long stay and not worth the hype.

I spent 2 night in Aqualillies Water Front Heritage Homestay and my stay here was welcoming since the first day. The room was spacious enough and I found every facility I needed. Kosygin was a helpful, pleasant and kind homestay’s owner. It was a pleasure to spend time with him. The location of the homestay is about 2 kilometres from the main road, in a quiet and peaceful area. It might be a bit difficult to find nearby restaurants but it is possible to ask to Kosygin for some local and homemade delicious food. Highly recommended!

Best price-quality ratio in town with good ac rooms below 1000 rps. Setting is relaxed and quiet outside of town with a shaded garden with plastic chairs, tables and umbrellas, swing, hammocks and a common veranda. Food is basic, but fine and cheap (150 per meal). Staff is friendly and take good care of you (sometimes a bit too much). Drawback is that you need an auto rickshaw to get anywhere.

Good Place to spare our leisures. It offers nice spots to travel and explore and a lake passes infront of it. We can take a bath, swim and make fun of it. Holds average quality rooms and are mostly traditional... Have a large parking lot and we can explore the nature through the pathways along the banks of the river.
