Budget accommodation, warm, welcoming and friendly owner. Unfortunately the narrow water channels in front of the home stay was fully covered with water hyacinth.

We stayed at this home stay to visit Malarikkal water Lilly field. The place is very nice opp water canal. They maintain good cleanliness and service is also very good. Mr. Andrews guided us for everything regarding visiting water Lilly. Even booked boat and rikshaw for us to make our trip easy. Property is big and beautiful with wooden ceiling. Thank you Mr. Andrews and staff for everything.

Rooms: Rooms are authentic Service: 1. Bathroom is neat 2. If we said they prepare food and tea (extra charge) .. Location: 1.Little bit interior 2. Location was good as shown pic. 3. Malarikal is near by this heritage takes 20 to 30mins

Only if I could give 0 star. The location is cool, but ... Terrible rooms, the room reserved was not ready on arrival even at 18:30. Asked us to wait, no worries, only to give us another room which was stinking with dirty bed sheets. Incomprehensible how can such room be rented out. Moreover, I informed the owner via booking.com that I wanted to cancel,but in place, he refused to cancel. Not for families at all. Not worth the price.

We stayed there for 4 days, though the property is a heritage one. It needs massive repairs as there was massive fungus on the walls. Rooms: space is adequate but it has nothing except a bed and a table. Food: one caretaker and a cook can cook upon request or you can order food online. Not recommended for a long stay and not worth the hype.
