There are basically 8 cottages on the property. The room facilities are minimal. The hot water in the bathroom did not work satisfactorily the entire stay. A small pre-order only restaurant on site for dinner/lunch. The food was ok, but a bit overpriced even for estates of this class. Our driver grumbled that the facilities and food for driver was sub-par (he stayed outside). Location wise it is out of town and has a steep unpaved one-lane driveway to the premises (I wouldn't recommend attempting in rainy season).

The Ambady Estate was one of the best places we stayed during our entire Kerala trip, and my kids absolutely loved it. The accommodation was excellent, and the food was top-notch—delicious and made us feel right at home. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner Dr Rajesh, which made the experience even more personal. We had a very interesting discussion about organic farming, which I truly appreciated. Overall, Ambady Estate offered a perfect combination of warm hospitality, comfortable living, and great food. We would love to visit again in the future. Thank you once again for such an amazing stay!

Visiting from the UK for two nights. Outstanding service, led by Ranjid and Vishnu, and wonderful food - by European standards, very good value. Peaceful, relaxing - we really enjoyed our visit.

A very exclusive resort. Far away from the crowded Munnar town . The resort itself has its own extensive trekking space. Food and ambience are excellent. Will definitely recommend for those who are seeking a peaceful option just to relax.
