A delightful place to stay up in the hills outside Munnar located on its own Cardamom plantation. The staff - many of whom are from Assam - are very friendly and helpful and the rooms spacious, comfortable and clean. The food is delicious - all freshly prepared to order. Highly recommended all round!

We highly recommand this beautiful and quiet place among forest, flowers, and cardamome fields... This is the place you need if you need to rest peacefully. The swimming pull is surounded by trees and scenic view... Many thanks to the staff, always carefull and available ! At night and lunch we've been served fine and delicious food from the restaurant... Many thanks

Ambady Estate is such a great place. The staff are extremely friendly and do everything they can to make your stay special. Although the rooms are simple, they are spotlessly clean and you have everything you need. The beds are very comfortable and everything is spacious. The pool is gorgeous and the restaurant very comfortable with a huge menu. Would definitely recommend this place.

We stayed for 3 nights at Ambady in early February and had a lovely relaxing stay here. It was our base for exploring Munnar and the surrounding area, but we also managed to get some relaxation on the estate and by the new pool. The staff here were incredibly friendly, super helpful, and just couldn't do enough to make our stay enjoyable. The food was excellent and good value, and breakfast was so much we skipped lunch for a couple of days. The rooms were so spacious, with an outdoor patio area tha looked over the pool and surrounding hills and forest. We were treated to a lovely wee walk up into the forest and cardamom plantation area......so peaceful and calming. Ambady was great value, with super staff and I would happily recommend staying here.

First time I visited munnar was quiet some time back,we were supposed to reach by afternoon but due to some reasons we reached a bit late and as soon as we reached there we were greeted by a garland and we were given a warm lovely drink, afterwards we were cordially led to our room,it was lovely to sit outside and have a warm coffee,agreed there were not indoor activities there,but had more than adequate outdoor activities like trekking and getting to know nature the way it actually was and a quiet getaway from a busy city life, and be a part of nature,the food there was exceptional and the staffs behaviour was really courteous and nice.The experience all in all was phenomenal, due to our great experience there we visited once more in ambady estate and even gifted our cousin with a honeymoon package which they really enjoyed a lot.I wish ambady estate ,the management and staff all the best and kudos to the whole team keep it up.
