We booked a houseboat with them for one day. And we only booked them because they were the cheapest available. The house boat was in okay condition. Nothing fancy though. The bedroom and bathroom was clean so we didnt mind. But the food wasn't good at all. We informed them in advance that I am vegetarian and to keep vegetarian and north indian options in the menu, they didn't. The driver was a little stubborn as well. We told him we don't want to make a stop or buy fish but he still made that stop near a shop in the backwaters and asked us to buy fish repeatedly. I had an ankle injury and still he dropped us one boat away from the coast. I had to jump from our boat to another and then to the coast. I would suggest if you want to take a house boat experience dont book it for one day. Because its not one day. You would board around 11-12 and they will drop you off first thing in the morning. The boat take 2-3 hours stop for lunch, 1-2 hours for snacks and doesnt move at all after 9pm dinner break. So just book it for few hours and save money :)

I had been Alleppey particularly in this company house boat on 7-dec-2024 for a day with friends. Boat was not upto the mark and not worth for the money they charged(14k) for SURE. TV was not working. Fans were not working properly. Staffs are literally not aware what customer service is. We were waiting for jus 30 mins more in the boat while checking out and waiting for our car to come. One of the staffs literally scolded us and pushed us out of the boat. So i advice not to opt for this house boat. Most importantly they didn't take us important view points which we see in YouTube channels.

It was indeed a very wonderful and unforgettable experience. Excellent Hospitality, Well furnished Houseboat, Friendly Staff, completely worth for money trip. Operator help a lot to avail lost luggage in auto as well.

Hello Friends ..Shraddha here ???????? Since my friends marriage was in Nagercoil I thought of planning Kerala trip with Parents. I was confused that from where to start journey and how to arrange transportation ...Then I decided let me start with booking of backwater and then I will plan my rest trip ???? While doing survey I came across with Alleppey Holidayz ..I liked their itinerary so I just drop message from their website. Same day evening Arshad sir called me and shared details. He sounded very caring like elder brother ???? So I booked . And then I started thinking of rest trip planing but main challenge was transportation .. I asked Arshad anna about if he can refer any transportation and again he rocked ???? He shared car photos and taxi details along with Denny Anna s Contact number . Service is Excellent ???? Denny Anna reached to Kochi to pick us from railway station . He is very punctual with time .Drives very safely and very polite .My mom dad felt like he is their son. He took us to Munnar Tea plantation and other nice places . He was pretty enthusiast with photography .. Really we all appreciated his liveliness ...Though he visit all these places frequently he was not tired while showing places. My Mom was so happy since he took us to plant nursery ???? And food outlets he took was very supper. Again hats off to his safe continuous driving and his gentle guesture ???? Backwater experience was just Awesome???? Authentic breakfast Lunch and lots of photos Shikara given to us was supper....Clean and very safe Thanks to Arshad Sir and Denny Sir for making our Kerala trip memorable. I would say this is best place where you can book your backwaters trip and transport and Kerala trip. Take my word...Service is excellent!!

Visited Alleppey in July’19 with family for half day house boat trip. The boat provided for half day trip was not good. Seats and sofa was broken. Also the boat was not clean. I guess as we opted for half day, they though to provide some average boat to us and good boat to someone who was paying more for full day trip. Food was also not up to mark and in very limit quantity. Travellers tip: Choose the boat after seeing it first.
