Excellent place and ambiance, need some renovation for the house so it can be more attractive. Already made the suggestion when we visited. Apart from that everything is cool here.

The hostess was a cheerful, hassle free lady who cooked all meals the two nights we stayed here. The beach was just behind the house. It was ideal as the children were free to run down to play at the beach whenever they wanted. The stay and food were very reasonably priced.

The homestay was clean, spacious and good with a hammock, shed to sit under and relax, a super amazing beach view in the backyard. The beach was free of people which made it feel like a private beach. The owner was nice and hospitable. It was a budget friendly room. This homestay is already a must visit place if I go to Alleppey again.

The host family is incredibly nice and helpful. The food is delicious especially banana pancakes for breakfast ????. The location is amazing too, it's just in the beach where are no other people. There is also a nice spot on the premises to hang out ( hummock and chairs ????). It was very hard to leave the place! Totally recommended!

The ocean is clean and calm for the most part. The table, hammock and open shower by the beach is wonderful. The neighbours are not any more intrusive than others next to homestays elsewhere in Kerala. This location is far enough away from the city centre yet close enough that it is both easily accessible and fairly remote. The room has plenty of open shelves for your luggage and the bathroom falls in the mid category. It could use a mosquito net or another repellant. Also, sheets and blankets. The kitchen next door serves unbearably spicy local meals despite multiple express requests to the contrary. I recommend you bring your own food and battle the ants. Liquor is available at an additional charge. The rooftop is large and safe. Make your own arrangements to get there and get out. 24x7 check in/out.
