Initially, I booked a tent, but after check-in I changed to a room. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very nice. However, the person who handled the reservation call sounded very rushed and did not seem professional. That was the only thing I didnt like. The food was tasty overall. I ordered chilli chicken, but it was not prepared in the usual chilli chicken stylethough it still tasted good. The fried rice was also completely different from the standard recipe. The paneer butter masala, however, was very good.

We recently stayed at Agronest Resort in Wayanad as a group of 20, including children, and had a truly wonderful experience. The resort offered the perfect mix of comfort, nature, and relaxation. The rooms were clean and spacious, the surroundings were serene, and the hospitality was excellent. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help, making sure our large group felt at home. The children had plenty of space to play and enjoy themselves, while the adults could relax and take in the beauty of the location. We all had a great time together and created lovely memories here.

We stayed at Agronest Resort, Wayanad as a group of 20 including children, and it was an amazing experience. The resort is spacious, clean, and surrounded by nature. The big swimming pool was a highlight for both kids and adults, and the campfire in the evening made our stay even more memorable. Worst customer service. I booked and cancelled within 24 hours, but they refused to refund the amount. They never informed me about any no-refund policy during booking. When I asked for support, the staff member Sam behaved very rudely and even said, no refund, complain anywhere, we don't care. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. Im writing this review to warn othersdont go to this resort; better choose another place where customers are treated with respect.
