The stay was absolutely wonderful! It’s a beautiful lake-view property where you can relax and watch boats pass by or dock right at the property—it’s such a unique experience. A boat is provided to pick you up and drop you off, and they can also connect you with a third-party shikara (boat ride) on request. The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming, and the breakfast was just perfect!

Just like a wow. Amazing experience in this homestay. Touched by the hospitality by owner Mr Pradeep Aagman and his staff. They were taking care of everyone in our group personally..Our trip to Alleppey was infact customised, based on suggestions given by Mr Pradeep and truly a memorable one..Leaving this place much impressed and a resolve to comeback again...

One of the worst places I have ever seen. Beautiful location but the room was really bad and not at all maintained. Service is non-existent. Even after complaining about the toilets they did not even bother to even come and have a look. Did not even bother to ask us what our food requirements are and when asked they complained that we are a problem to them . I would suggest not to fall for the positive reviews. Ask for interior room photographs before booking. Out of 4 toilets only one with hot water ???? ****There was a snake in the room and the caretaker was too drunk to even come and look when we called him****

Great location and beautiful house. Very good ambience. Very good place for a family getaway. All rooms are air conditioned and the service is great. Boating service are available there.
