Blue winter is again in Munnar
Several years before, Munnar famoused with the name with Strobilanthes kunthiana (Neelakurinji). Actually there are 40 more varieties of Neelakurinjies in Western Ghats. Majority of them being blue in colour. Normally its grown in hill and mountain area. We can seems it like a blue carpet, when the time of flourish.
On these days, unexpectedly nature makes a magic with Neelakurinji at Kallippara hill. Its around 30 km away from munnar town. Kallipara is a view point located near in Santhanpara.
